I had been suffering from severe shoulder pain for years and had tried a dozen massage therapy clinics with no success. I was referred to Christina at Palms Wellness by my brother – who after 2 -3 sessions was cured of his own ailments. I have been having massages from Christina for several years now. I see her because I have lower back pain.

The moment I lie down on the massage table I feel better. Sometime I talk to her other times I’m quiet depending on

the mood I am in. She is able to use deep pressure on the areas that I need it, and lighter pressure on other areas.

When she is working the knots out it hurts good but I will feel better after that. Some female massage therapists aren’t

able to get deep enough into my muscles but Christina can. I would recommend her to anybody.

Christina is an outstanding massage therapist.  I have known her for last one and half years. She has excellent skills for assessment and finding the root cause of the problem. 
I have CTS (Carpel Tunnel Syndrome) in my left wrist and sometime stress on my back. Whenever I have an appointment with her, I came out feeling great.
